1. Heating system, the lower part of the wood pellet furnace can be understood as a heating system, and the heating and combustion of the pellet furnace have four parts, respectively, intake, feed, combustion and exhaust. This heating circulation system is independent and sealed, and does not produce any smoke.
(1) Air intake, air intake pipe from the biomass wood pellet furnace around the absorption of air.
(2) Feed, according to the feed frequency set by the system from the discharge bin feed, wood pellet furnace bin (can store 20-40kg wood pellet fuel).
(3) Combustion, when the wood pellet fuel enters the combustion chamber, the booster fan enters oxygen and the flame burns.
(4) Exhaust gas, the exhaust gas after combustion in the combustion chamber, is circulated by the booster fan and discharged outdoors through the high temperature smoke pipe. (Equipped with 4m length of flexible telescopic high temperature smoke pipe).
This is the combustion process of the wood pellet furnace, which is a complete sealed and recyclable combustion process.
