Ignition principle of biomass wood pellet stove.

Ignition principle of biomass wood pellet stove.

When the ignition switch of the biomass pellet fireplace is turned on, the current in the transmission line enters the electric heating wire through the conductive head of the ignition rod, and the electric heating wire is heated immediately.

When the electric heating wire is heated, it reaches the ignition temperature. At this time, the wood pellet fuel around the probe of the electric heating wire is ignited, the exhaust fan increases the oxygen supply from the bottom up, and then the biomass wood pellet stove begins to burn the wood pellets normally and enters the normal heating operation state.

Generally speaking, The ignition temperature of the fire rod of the biomass wood pellet stove is around 600℃~1000℃, which can provide sufficient ignition energy to ignite the wood pellets.
